My Christening

I was christened at St John the Baptist's Church in Mexborough. We all celebrated the occasion afterwards at the George and Dragon pub just down the road. The weather was wonderful and everyone had a great day. I was very happy all day as there were so many new people to meet! Here are some photos of my special day!

My New Toybox arrived

Here I am trying out my new toybox. It took a long time to be delivered but was worth the wait. I think we might even put some toys in it later!

My First Teeth:

My first tooth came through on the 6th of September, followed on the 9th by my second tooth! I love my new teeth, but at first I didn't show anyone as I liked to hide them with my tongue! My third tooth showed up on the 2nd of October.

Visit to Chester Zoo

Mummy and Daddy took me to Chester Zoo, with Gran and Grandpa. We saw lots of wonderful animals, and I saw my name on the adopters board for some monkeys. I enjoyed the zoo and can't wait to go back again when I'm bigger.

My Fishies

Mummy and Daddy bought me my very own fish tank to go in my nursery, because I love to watch fish swimming around. There are 3 fishes in my tank and they're all lovely and colourful. When I wake up in the morning I can watch them all swimming. We've decided to name them after characters from my favourite DVD. The smallest one (in the middle) is Pocoyo, the one at the front is Loula and the brown one is Pato.

My First Christmas

My first christmas was a very busy one. Mummy cooked dinner and Nana and Grandad came over with Auntie Amy and Auntie Lucy, and Auntie Laurie and Uncle Gary also came. Gran and Grandpa travelled down and stayed for a couple of days so they came to celebrate with us too. Everyone brought me lots of gifts, and it took a long time to open them all between my naps but we all had a wonderful day

My First Birthday

After Christmas dinner, we started on my birthday celebrations. I had lots more gifts to open and then we had a lovely tea party. After tea I played with some of my new toys before bedtime, then Mummy & Daddy had a huge job trying to figure out where they were going to keep all my new things before they could finally get to bed.

Mummy and Daddy arranged a lovely birthday party for me after the excitement of Christmas had died down. We had the party at Ali Bongo's play gym where there were lots of cool soft play areas to play in. We also had a lovely tea party with sandwiches and buns and lots of other yummy food. All my grandparents came, and Auntie Laurie and Uncle Gary and Jamie, and Auntie Lucy and Auntie Amy. Auntie Mags and Cousin Kellie also came along with lots of other guests.
